Billing & Service Terms

Upon registration, a one-time Account Activation Fee of $600 is charged.

• Final Sale: This fee covers the immediate technical setup and infrastructure allocation. Once the account is provisioned, this fee is strictly non-refundable.
• Complimentary Credit: As a welcome bonus, 1,000 usage minutes are credited to your account upon activation. These minutes have no cash value and are not refundable.

• Rate: All AI services are billed at $0.60 per minute (or any part thereof). Usage is rounded up to the nearest full minute.
• Post-Paid Status: Charges are applied after consumption. Therefore, payments for usage are final and cannot be disputed or refunded.
• Continuous Authorization: You authorize AiDispatch LLC to automatically charge your payment method for outstanding balances and to re-attempt declined transactions to ensure service continuity.

• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI is a probabilistic technology. AiDispatch LLC bills for the system resources consumed (minutes), not for the specific content or accuracy of the AI's output.
• No Refunds for Output: "Dissatisfaction with AI responses" is not a valid ground for a refund or a payment dispute.

• Unauthorized Access: You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. Any usage generated—even if resulting from compromised API keys or credentials on your end—remains your full financial responsibility.

Fees for custom integration or development work are non-refundable once resource allocation or coding has commenced, as these represent labor and professional services rendered.

You may cancel at any time. However, the account will only be considered closed in good standing once the final balance for all usage and development is paid in full ($0 balance).

Before initiating a formal dispute with your bank, you agree to contact AiDispatch LLC at billing@aidispatch.io to resolve billing inquiries.

You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for authorized services is a breach of this contract.
