From time to time, AiDispatch, Inc. ("AiDispatch," "we," "our," or "us") may offer promotional discounts, limited-time offers, free trials, or other incentives ("Promotions") to new or existing clients in connection with the use of our services. These Promotional Terms ("Terms") apply to any such offer and form part of the overarching Terms of Service and Service Agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and AiDispatch. By participating in a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our standard policies.
1Eligibility
Promotions are only available to Clients who meet specific eligibility criteria outlined in the applicable promotional offer. Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions are valid for new clients only and may not be combined with other discounts, coupons, or pricing arrangements.
- Clients must be located in eligible jurisdictions and have an active account in good standing.
- Each client, business, or legal entity may redeem a promotion only once.
- Promotions must be activated through the designated registration flow, referral code, or landing page within the offer validity window.
AiDispatch reserves the right to determine eligibility and reject redemptions at our sole discretion.
2Types of Promotions
Promotions may include but are not limited to:
- Free Trials: Access to AiDispatch services at no charge for a fixed period (e.g., 14/30 days). Trial periods begin upon activation and automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the end of the trial.
- Discounted Plans: Reduced monthly or annual subscription rates for a specified period (e.g., 20% off for 3 months).
- Referral Incentives: Bonuses, credits, or discounts earned by referring others to AiDispatch, subject to terms outlined in our Referral Program.
- Beta Access Perks: Exclusive early access to new features or services, sometimes bundled with discounted pricing or extended onboarding support.
The specific details, such as duration, amount, or bonus, will be clearly stated in the promotional offer or announcement.
3Limitations and Conditions
Promotions are:
- Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Valid only during the period specified in the offer
- Subject to change, cancellation, or termination at any time by AiDispatch, with or without notice
- Void where prohibited by law
Promotional pricing will automatically revert to standard pricing once the offer period ends, unless otherwise stated in the Sales Order or renewal agreement. If you cancel your service before the promotional period ends, you may forfeit any remaining time or value associated with the promotion.
4Misuse or Fraudulent Activity
AiDispatch reserves the right to withhold or cancel any promotion if we suspect abuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to redeem a single-use offer
- Sharing referral links in spammy or misleading ways
- Misrepresenting your business details to qualify for restricted offers
Such violations may result in immediate termination of promotional benefits and suspension of your account.
